The company is looking for a sales-trader to add to the team in emissions trading.
Emissions are one of the divisions within the DASCO Group. The company is already very active in all forms of traded carbon offset and is looking to expand its coverage and offering to clients.
The successful individual will be a numerate graduate with some level of successful sales experience.


Desired Skills and Experience
- Numerate Graduate
- Evidence of target driven sales experience
- Success in hitting and exceeding sales target
- Superb telephone manner
- Ability to open accounts and develop corporate / Numerate graduate level individual with at least 3 years carbon trading experience. The individual will be expected to have good attention to detail, be a problem solver and a team player. Experience in using multiple diverse settlement systems would be useful, as well as IT skills and general office management skills. This is a key role for the company and the individual will become a responsible member of the team in short order.

Successful applicants will have a natural interest in global markets and current economic affairs. Importantly applicants will have superb sales skills with a desire to close deals at the highest level. Desired Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in the Alternative Investments industry either as an IFA, broker, consultant or wealth management professional.
- Strong communication skills to lead high level business presentations, with the ability for creative thinking and the ability to adapt to stressful situations.
- Success in hitting and exceeding sales target with a strong desire to make money and generate wealth.
- Superb telephone manner with the ability to open accounts and develop relationships with investors.
- Excellent ability to persuade and influence situations and decision makers.
- FCA approved and/or holder of Certificate in Financial Planning is beneficial.
- An existing client base would be a significant advantage to applicants.
- A strong ability to open doors, build relationships, sell and close deals internationally.
